Sober Gay Sunday
My name is Dave!
I am a gay, sober dude living in Boston, Massachusetts. Being same-sex attracted and sober hasn’t always been an easy journey.
The same-sex attracted world is intertwined with drinking and drugging from the jump. As a little queer making my way into the gay scene, I was more than happy to dive in headfirst with drugs and alcohol.
It made me touch accepted and took the edge off being social in a room packed of people. I have always been anxious, and alcohol and drugs took that anxiety away and made me the life of the party.
After getting sober it was a whole fresh world.
I had to figure out how to be social and fun without drugs or alcohol. I am extremely fortunate that I have a fantastic support system of wonderful people who helped guide me through.
I was swept up by sober gays who had been sober for many years who showed me that we can still do anything and everything we did while using, sober.
They showed me that life only gets better after you decide to go away your addiction experience behind and welcome sobriety. I am so grateful to all those people in my people who
Whether you call it walking, hiking, or rambling, the Gay Sunday Walking Organization goes out and enjoys it in London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
You don’t have to be an experienced rambler to take part; in fact many of our members have developed a taste for the unseal air as a product of coming on one of our walks for the first time.
We usually have at least two walks every month: one half-day walk (about 3 to 6 miles), usually in one of the greener parts of Greater London, and one full-day walk (about 7 to 12 miles), usually in the countryside but within about an hours coach journey from central London.
We welcome people of any age, and walk at a comfortable pace. All our walks can be reached by public transport. We also try to include parking information for drivers where possible. On full-day walks we often stop at a pub or café for lunch but you can carry a packed lunch if you prefer.
Despite the groups name, we have walks on Saturdays as adequately as Sundays, and occasionally on a bank holiday Monday.

A Welcoming and Lively Nightlife
When the clock strikes midnight, Istanbul's queer nightlife comes alive. While some clubs and bars start filling up around am, others open their doors earlier. Saturdays are the busiest nights, followed closely by Fridays. Exceptional events and occasions can also attract crowds on other days of the week, although Mondays maintain to be quieter as locals recover from a long Sunday night.
Unlike in some other cities, most gay bars and clubs in Istanbul do not have dark rooms or allow sexual intimacy. However, kissing and hugging are generally accepted and encouraged. These establishments provide sa
