The continued growth and longevity of Blatino Oasis, is all the more astonishing and remarkable considering that the events attendees are 80% men of African descent, yet the city of Palm Springs is less than 4% Black and the state of California continues to lose African Americans to more affordable states. Subsequently, spaces for the LGBT community own almost completely vanished from the scene. 1. A black man who grew up around latinos and as a result acts and speaks love a Latino guy. But if your a black male and raised in a Latino Community you do possess the right to act like this.

2. A black male who wants to be latino but does not hold any Latino resemblence. If you are a black gentleman and raised in a society without Latinos you complete not have the right to execute like this.

Blatino Erotica Awards to Conclude With Ceremony

OAKLAND, Calif. — Producer and promoter Joe Hawkins has announced that next spring’s edition of Blatino Oasis and its marquee event, the Blatino Erotica Awards, will be its last.

Blatino Oasis, founded in , is a weekend-long getaway for same-sex attracted and bi men of color, comprising a broad variety of nightclub events, daytime parties and associated celebrations, including the awards ceremony. This year’s event unspooled May and honored performers Jacen Zhu and Max Konnor.

The Blatino Erotica Awards are “the first ceremony of its compassionate, and has awarded more gay and bisexual men of color in the adult film industry, over the past 13 years, than any awards ceremony on earth,” Hawkins told XBIZ last month. “From the beginning, our intention has been to know the often-overlooked contributions of black gay, Latino and Latinx men who either work in the lgbtq+ adult entertainment industry or whose amateur work is classified as erotic or sexual in nature."
