Welcome to the Columbia LGBT+ Run/Walk Club! Come slay in the great outdoors! Everyone is welcome including allies! Runners and walkers of all abilities invited.
The objective of the club is to foster community while enjoying some exercise in the great outdoors! For the LGBT community of Columbia this offers a chance to connect with others while promoting a healthy mind and body.
Meet at the Columbia Canal and Riverfront Park at 2pm according to the event calendar. Look for the group organizer holding a flyer next to the entrance sign. Test the group photos for a picture of the sign. Feel free to send the organizer a message if you own any trouble.
We will initiate by stretching and doing an introduction before walking together to warm up. We’ll then break off to run or hike at any pace! Sense free to push yourself on your own dash, run with a buddy, or keep walking in a group. At 3pm we’ll come back together to do a fresh down.
